Join 'Breakfast with Andy and Adrian' on Thursday March 6 at 8am to hear their live to air interview with Tina Cousins and then check out the very first play of Tina's new single “Everlong”. This is a world wide exclusive for Joy 94.9 Melbourne. Joy 94.9 is Australia's only Gay and Lesbian Radio station.

19 July 2006 Tina to Perform at Stockholm Pride Festival Tina has been confirmed for the Stockholm Pride Festival in Sweden (Pride Park - Tantolunden, Södermalm, Stockholm) on Saturday, August 5th. Tina should be on stage at approximately 9pm and will be signing Cds afterwards at the Merchandise Tent.

14 March 2006 Tina Cousins in Billboard Check out the press section for scans of the article that was in the February 18th issue of Billboard Magazine. 28 February 2006 Pretty Young Thing - change of release date Just a quick note to let you know that the upcoming single release of Pretty Young Thing has been delayed. The estimated release date is now Saturday, May 13 for Australia and New Zealand. The song will be serviced to radio and TV approximately April 10. Expect to see Tina performing around Australia and New Zealand from May 12. Tour dates to follow shortly. Watch this space for further information regarding tracklistings.

24 January 2006 AUS News - Rebroadcast of The Big Night Network Ten will be screening a BEST OF program of the John Foreman's The Big Night In show this Friday evening January 27 at 11.30pm. It features none other than Tina performing Wonderful Life. This is a great opportunity for those fans who missed the show last time round to catch Tina's performance and to appreciate what a great program The Big Night In really is. Fingers crossed Network Ten will commission another series in 2006!
28 November 2005 'Wonderful Life' - out now in the UK Tina's single 'Wonderful Life' has been released today in the UK. The single has already been a big success in Australia, and is her first UK release for over five years!

22 January 2006 More info on Pride March Victoria Tina is due to perform at 7:30 (time subject to change.) She will be signing cds at the front of the stage after the performance. Mastermind (the album) and Come to Me (single) will be available to purchase.
16 January 2006 Tina to headline Pride March Victoria (Press Release) TINA COUSINS AT 2006 PRIDE MARCH MARCH FOCUS ON YOUTH AND RELATIONSHIPS
At the Launch of the 11th Annual Pride March, held last Tuesday, President Jamie Ivarsen outlined what to expect this year, including the surprise announcement of an exclusive performance by pop sensation Tina Cousins at the Pride March Concert.
The March sees an increased focus on youth involvement with Princes Hill Secondary College -the first school entry, in 2005 - being joined this year by Eltham High School. Jamie also outlined that Pride March anticipated a strong comment from the Community about the on-going relationships debate, and that this could be a consistent theme in this years Pride March. These comments were echoed by the Mayor of the City of Port Phillip, Cr Janet Bolitho, who noted that the City of Port Phillip supports legal recognition of Same Sex relationships.
Other announcements made at the launch related to the Pride March Concert. A significant change will be improvements in accessibility for the disabled and access-impaired, including a designated assistance area for food vendors and improved access to the karaoke stage.
Improvements to the Pride March Concert were based on the success of the Minus-18 area in 2005. As a result of this, the stage entertainment will finish earlier and Minus 18 will close the evening with a dance space at the main stage.
The surprise announcement that Tina Cousins will travel from London for an exclusive performance at the Pride March Concert was greeted by the crowd with spontaneous applause. Tina Cousins will make a 3 day trip to Melbourne from London just for the performance, and will not be making any other appearances whilst here. Jamie said that, as a new board, they are very excited to have an international act performing at the concert as an exclusive, for free.
The 11th annual Pride March travels down Fitzroy St, St Kilda from 5pm, Sunday 5 February, 2006, followed by a free concert in the Catani Gardens.

10 January 2006 News from Australia According to The Music Network Magazine (Australia's music trade mag), Wonderful Life was the 24th Most played song on Australian Radio in 2005. The most played song in Australia was Rob Thomas -"Lonely No More." Tina beat the likes of Black Eyed Peas (Dont Phunk With My Heart), Kylie Minogue (Giving You Up) and Anthony Callea (Rain). Wonderful Life is Tina's biggest hit single as far as radio airplay is concerned.
Also just to confirm the Nine Network will be screening the Australian Fashion Design Awards for the first time NATIONALLY on Saturday Jan 14, check your local TV Guides for times. Tina performs Mastermind and Wonderful Life and also presents an award during the telecast.

17 October 2005 UK News "Wonderful Life" is scheduled for a UK release on the 28th of November. DJ promos have been sent out and reactions have been great. The video has been added to the Box and Radio is starting to pick it up.
AUS News Tina will be heading to Australia on November 10th to present and perform at the "Australian Fashion Awards." Designer Alex Perry will be designing Tina's gown for the evening. While in Oz, Tina will do a small gig tour (dates TBA) and performing on the TV show "Dancing with the Stars" on November 22nd. |
